Beaded Jewellery, Inspired By The Soft Colours Of The Landscape
Welcome to my little corner of rural Co.Tyrone outside Omagh, where I create handwoven beaded jewellery, inspired by the soft colours of the landscape surrounding me here in my little studio. I use high quality glass seed beads for my bead stitching.
My style is simple elegant pieces, well constructed, light weight and comfortable to wear.
I am a lifelong crafter and have dipped my toe into many different crafts but when I discovered beads could be woven into jewellery pieces with a needle and thread a passion was born. I love working with earthy colours that are easy to wear everyday, casually or dressed up.
I also use gemstones in my work, and sneak in a little bit of stitching to compliment the stones.
I am happiest when my workspace is covered in beads from various projects and I am already planning the next one in my head.
